Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kangi Australia. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy for Australian customers.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused (i.e. unworn beyond a quick try-on, unwashed, and free of marks such as makeup, deodorant, pet hair, sand), unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • This product is designed for relaxed changing, not tight stretching. Pulling the hooded towel tightly around the body or forcefully stretching seams may cause damage and is not considered a product fault. Items damaged due to incorrect fit, excessive stretching, or force during use are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Contact our Customer Service team at hello@kangiaustralia.com.au. You will need to provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. 
    • Prepare Your Package: Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or any suitable packaging to prevent damage.
    • Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns; the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

    Exchanges

    We do not provide exchanges, only refunds. If you would like to get a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired product. This allows us to process your return and ship your new item efficiently.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or washed products.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at hello@kangiaustralia.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
