Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Currently, we only ship Australia-wide.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping varies by state and region.

Please refer to the delivery time estimates below:

Metro

  • Delivery may take between 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

Regional and remote

  • Delivery may take between 2-10 business days, depending on where you are located from the date of dispatch.

WA

  • Delivery may take 5-10 days from the date of dispatch.

 

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for an additional cost. Express shipping typically reduces delivery time significantly, ensuring your order reaches you faster. Express orders may take 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on where you are located.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne HQ.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge of $15.75.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive estimated delivery dates. 

Pre-Orders & Bundles

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items (for example, when purchasing a bundle), your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you’d like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the delivery of the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels caused by the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist you with any necessary information to help you resolve the issue with the shipping provider.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
  • Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at hello@kangiaustralia.com.au. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia.

** While we endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed depends on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting. Some rural areas have longer delivery times.
