Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as in-stock purchases or pre-orders. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases and shipping conditions.
Pre-orders
From time to time, certain items on our website may be available for pre-order.
When you place a pre-order:
- You are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or part of an upcoming release.
- Payment is charged at checkout to secure your order.
- Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page (e.g., “Shipping from early December 2025”). These dates are estimates and may vary slightly due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
- We’ll keep you updated via email if there are any changes to the expected dispatch date.
If you purchase multiple items including a pre-order item, your entire order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available (unless stated otherwise).
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.
- Pre-Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we begin processing production and logistics, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
- In-Stock Purchases: Orders for items already in stock cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
- Orders cancelled prior to dispatch may incur a small processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
- If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at hello@kangiaustralia.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.
Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes (e.g., colour, size, quantity). Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
